We acquired a sturdy brick building on Central Ave in Lynn MA, which had strong bones and electrical wiring but suffered from poor management and outdated unit aesthetics. As tenants turned over, we focused on repairing and updating the units to enhance their appeal. In doing so, we successfully leveraged the drastic rent growth for both market and Section 8 tenants. We also redid the masonry and roof, further improving the property’s value. This project demonstrates our ability to identify and capitalize on value-add opportunities to generate significant returns.
