We acquired a rundown 6-unit multifamily property in Jefferies Point, East Boston, and developed a condo conversion program with the city that increased the gross square footage by 72% by extending the structure deeper into the parcel. During the construction phase, a full gut rehab and foundation underpinning were performed. Local soil conditions required the use of helical piles. The final product comprised six modernly crafted condos, each with its own parking spot. With spacious units, balconies, and open-concept living, the development is just 10 minutes from downtown Boston and a 5-minute walk to the Maverick MBTA Train stop.
