We’re excited to share that we have received approval to build five modern luxury townhomes at 24 Wilson Circle, Newton MA.

These townhomes will be modern, luxurious, and sustainable. At approximately 2,100 sqft each, these units will feature 3 beds, 3 baths, an open living kitchen layout, Electric Vehicle (EV) ready garage, continuous insulation, and heat-repelling roofing. Landscaping will enhance the aesthetics and connect residents with the surrounding greenery, including the nearby Aqueduct Walkway.

Our swift permitting process speaks to the cooperation with the city of Newton. This partnership has been instrumental in ensuring our development is in line with the city’s urban fabric and sustainability goals.

The 24 Wilson Circle project illustrates our commitment to developing properties that are not only luxurious and modern, but also environmentally conscious. Each feature, from EV-ready garages to heat-repelling roofing, is designed to promote sustainability and cater to the needs of today’s homeowners.
