Scott, Legal Advisor for Kumo Capital and partner at Fox Rothschild, brings 10+ years of tax expertise. He handles hedge fund and private equity fund formation, income tax planning related to FIRPTA withholding, subpart F, GILTI, FDII, foreign tax credits, income tax treaties, and partnership and corporate taxation. His experience also includes advising on domestic and international tax issues and tax controversy matters.
