The Walnut Court properties, 2 distressed 7-unit buildings, were acquired from the owner at a discounted price due to their suboptimal conditions. Our strategy focused on renovating and modernizing each unit to improve tenant satisfaction and increase property value. Key actions included the step-by-step refurbishment of each unit, with particular attention to replacing kitchens, vanities, and resurfacing hardwood floors.
