The Broadway property, featuring 18 apartments and 4 commercial spaces, was acquired with the goal to revitalize the building. Our strategy included renovating each apartment one by one, opening up the high ceilings, replacing windows, and improving commercial spaces. The renovation process took approximately nine (9) months, including the time required to move tenants out. The successful revitalization of the Broadway property demonstrates our expertise in effectively and efficiently transforming both residential and commercial properties, enhancing their appeal and increasing value.
