The Burrell Street properties, initially a legal three-family building with commercial zoning and an adjacent piece of land, was acquired as part of our value creation approach. Our goal was to optimize the property’s potential by rezoning and constructing additional units. Key actions included rezoning the one structure to accommodate a five-unit building, obtaining permission to build an additional three-family property on the adjacent land, and completing the construction project.
