The Winthrop Street project involved the acquisition and renovation of two large 6-family buildings, one of which was significantly damaged due to an electrical fire. Our team took over both properties and rezoned each building to 9 units, resulting in a total of 18 units. The major challenge was safely gutting and rebuilding the burnt structure, which required reframing from scratch. The entire project, including entitlements and construction, was completed within 18 months.
